We stayed at this hotel for three days. When we checked in everything was fine.
Our second day, we came back to the hotel after 4 PM and found out our room hadn't been cleaned. We called the front desk, but they told us housekeeping had left and offered us new towels. I asked them to make sure that our room was cleaned the next day and they said that wouldn't be a problem. Guess what, they missed our room again and no one was there to clean it. We asked for some type of adjustment when we checked out and the deskclerk said they would check with the manager and let us know.
No one has called us in the 2 weeks since. I guess that tells us something right there.

We had just driven over 3 hours for a UofM football game and when we arrived to check in, we were told our room had been given away. We booked this room over 10 months in advance and guarenteed it with our credit card. I guess a guarenteed...

We had just finished driving over three hours for a U of M football game and when we went to check in, we were told there wasn't a room for us. They had overbooked the hotel and even though we booked our room 10 months in advance, we were still sent to a dumpy hotel next door to stay. This ruined our weekend. We will not recommend this hotel to any of our friends and our group comes to about all of the U of M home games. We have canceled our remaining reservations with this hotel. They aren't going to do this to us again!

HAD A GREAT TIME. We were passing thru Ann Arbor, all set to stay at the Holiday Inn next door and saw this hotel. I'm glad we stayed there instead. Everything was great.

This is a great hotel. We were there when we were helping our son get settled in a new apartment for grad school at U of M. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful for a grown family. We used the kitchen area much more than I thought ...
