The rooms are amazing! They are always clean and organized and relatively cheap. They have amazing service. The hotel employees are very kind and helpful. The appearance is amazing. The pool and excersize area is amazing too. Its a great hotel to stay at for any occasion. Free continental breakfast is a big help too.

I had to stay in a hotel (I hate hotels) due to a natural disaster and the Hawthorn Inn still had power when most places did not--and they had WIFI the entire time! I didn't realize they had a restaurant and lounge but they do and the crew there...
