The Hotel is very elegant and is in a perfect location. It has a bar downstairs which is public and a residents bar upstairs. Be on the lookout for someone famous, its nearly always guaranteed!
The rooms are clean and immaculate, the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The Manager will do his best to ensure your stay will want to make you return time and time again.
Overall a fantastic hotel, definitly worth a look!
Wonderful service, great bar, good food -- in the middle of everything. Royal Crown Pub just across the street, with walking distance of many places. Easy to catch taxi if needed at front door.
I have stayed at the europa a couple of times due to work and i have never been impressed. The rooms are small, bathroom is just plain uncomfortable and for the price you pay, you would expect staff that had a clue what they were...
don't let room 911 put you off. This is a great hotel with wireless and a great bar and everything, especially if you get upgraded to a room ending in 11.

Okay
High quality. Ignore the reputation of the most bombed hotel in Europe! This is a macabre tourist trap thing. The Hotel library bar is most impressive, rumoured to have the best wine collection in the area.
