This is definitely one of those places where you wake up and smell the coffee, roses and vineyards. The Inn is set amid lushly landscaped grounds that are set amid an even more impressive backdrop of vineyards and rolling hills. You can't help but breathe a little deeper, relax a little longer and take it all in.
While the Inn doesn't boast that they take pets, I believe they have a small bank of rooms in which they do (which is a plus for us). The rooms are very well appointed, were clean and quite spacious. Very comfortable!
What I thought might be a downside was a total non-issue. The Inn is right off of busy Main Street and since we had a "dog" friendly room, we faced the street. We didn't hear a thing.
The breakfast at the Inn is an amazing spread and is an indulgent start for an epicureans' delight as the restaurants in this region are amazing.
We really enjoyed being able to wind down in the Inn's lobby area/patio after a night out. While there are a lot of amazing restaurants in this area there is not much night life beyond that, which is just fine by us. We had a great time mingling with other guests over aperitifs at the Inn.
The most romantic place in the Wine Country!

The Inn is right on Highway 29 and so very convenient. The rooms are very large and comfortable, with fireplaces and outdoor decks. The beds are incredibly comfortable and stuff with feathers, and they actually sell the mattresses at the hotel...
Our room was cozy and had a nice fireplace. The service was good. Although it was a nice place, the atmosphere felt a bit artificial. BTW, the desk was very willing to negotiate rate because the occupancy was low.
pros: Privacy, Helpful Staff, Great Rooms and ViewMy wife and I stayed here recently on a trip to Napa Valley. This hotel is outstanding! From start to finish, although we only stayed 1-night, everything was perfect. I have stayed in a lot of...
