78 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
One day before my scheduled arrival I confirmed with the local reservations desk that my reservation noted that I would be a very late arrival, the next morning, and that a supplier would deliver oxygen equipment for my room prior to my arrival. When the supplier arrived he was told my reservation was cancelled as a no-show.
The staff responded quickly to reports of facility problems.
