Excellent
This is the second time staying here,would definitely stay here again.Highly recommended.Very close to the State Farm Complex Expo. Nothing to compalin about, great value for the money.
Our family spent one night which was better than I expected. The front desk personnel were courteous, the room was clean, and it was quiet. It made our vacation to Hershey Park very pleasurable. I would go back again to Red Roof Inn - it was great.

Mediocre
The hotel clerk was very rude, when arriving he was arguing about a room not clean, and was cursing the caller. Then the clerk was rude to me. The room was nice, but very smokey, even though I do not smoke and asked for smoke free room.

I liked the front desk lady when we checked in. She was very nice and personable. The room was much less than I expected, it was dirty and the TV did not work well.

The room was comfortable and the area was nice. The staff was very nice, they even went out of their way to keep something we left behind so we could pick it up on our way back.
