The cleanliness is outstanding. The food choices in the new buffet are excellent. The handicapped accessible rooms have always been available when I requested them. Overall I like the entire atmosphere.

The casino is handling the new non smoking state rules pretty well. The food in the club was very good. The staff was very friendly.

The buffet was not what it used to be when it was Fantasia Reef. I was much happier with the old buffet.

I just love the casinos. There are so many options that I always forget to even go upstairs.

Sometimes the preference lines for the higher card members at food services can be irritating. We encountered this on a weekday when only the deli was open at that time early one morning and several people just walked right ahead of us to be served.

Our check in clerk was very kind after seeing that we spent the whole night awake because of a bad hotel reservation at a different place and gave us a room at eight o'clock in the morning which was very nice.

Since we stay there several times each year we have complimentary rooms. We are always pleased with the service we receive.

No one was at the parking lot booth when we left to give me a transfer to another hotel. So we had to pay to park at the Bally's hotel. It was noisy in the room in Bayview due to the construction.

My wife and I are total reward members. We stay at the Harrah's properties when we go on a leisure trip. We have always experienced comfort and good service. My advice to others is to play with Harrah's. The total rewards players card is an excellent card to have. There are multiple casinos to stay and play and all the time accumulating reward points.
