The hotel and the services were what I expected and I do expect in any hotel or casino in Atlantic City!

The check in clerk called me by name, using mister before my name. I do not usually get called that.

The Harrah's hotel provided what I expected. Most casino hotels offer comparable service. The Harrah's hotel is on the marina and that is fine unless the beach and the boardwalk are desirable.

The wife likes the floor and the slots and I like to fish. The valet always tells me where the fish are and we joke about me never catching any. During the shutdown last year they hotel went out of its way to make me and my wife happy. When I go to Atlantic City I only want to stay at the Harrah's hotel.

The Harrah's hotel is a great hotel to stay, eat and play. We enjoy the buffet very much and it is brand new. The rooms are all remodeled, the casino floor is easy to maneuver, cheerful and fun. They have recently built a gorgeous new pool which we have not tried yet. It is an easy hotel to reach from the road. I would highly recommend it.
