The service, the atmosphere and the new waterfront buffet were outstanding!
The combined value of lounge entertainment, quality food and atmosphere gave an elegant feeling.

Good

We enjoy our stays at the Harrah's hotel because the staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and getting better. The food is good and the shows are very good.
The hotel is very nice and new, way better that normal for us.

The service was great. The pool was clean. The new gym was clean. It was a great place to visit.

Good
49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The rooms are very nice. The bathroom is well lit and it has an extension mirror which is a great feature. The only problem was the outside construction which, in my opinion, started too early in the morning and it made it impossible to sleep.

Okay

The steak restaurant was surprisingly good. The pool was not open yet. It had ads for the spa all over, but it was not open yet.
