We loved the hotel!!! The room was exceptional; the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The shuttle to the other casinos was very convenient, timely, and free! The wait was minimal. Leave your car in the parking lot at Harrah's and take...
62 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We travel to Harrah's twice a month and love it. We have stayed in every tower but like the Marina tower the best. The best thing to do is ask for a end room with no connecting room most of them are larger and a lot quieter when there is no connecting room. The commodes flush loud whatever tower you are in. As a Diamond member always have good service and never had any one treat us bad from valet parking on. We love the place.

The front desk staff were friendly and the dining was good also. The problem we had was with room service. Our old cups and soda cans were left on the night stand, the ironing board and iron were not put away. The room was so cold even with the heat ...
