Check in and check out were great. The location is excellent, not on the main strip and close to the beach. My problem was that I booked a smoking room and was told on arrival that one was not available.

As usual everything was very good at the Harrah's hotel. The new addition and the mall which just opened were very impressive.

The rooms were nicely furnished. The security in the hotel was very good.

This hotel is comfortable and clean. There was construction going on for the lovely new pool, so I cannot wait to go back and swim! The staff in the restaurants and the bars is very friendly.

The rooms are very nice. The bathroom is well lit and it has an extension mirror which is a great feature. The only problem was the outside construction which, in my opinion, started too early in the morning and it made it impossible to sleep.

The casino is handling the new non smoking state rules pretty well. The food in the club was very good. The staff was very friendly.

We enjoy our stays at the Harrah's hotel because the staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and getting better. The food is good and the shows are very good.

The hotel is very nice and new, way better that normal for us.

It was a quick check in and I had a clean room. I liked the friendly staff, as well as the clean and bustling casino floor.

They greeted us warmly, taking good care of our car by valet service. They were always there to help.

The room was very comfortable. The personnel was very professional. I noticed the food quality deteriorating over the last couple of years.

It was a very enjoyable time and we were able to relax without any problems.

With the new Harrah's hotel addition, it was great.

The location is isolated. You must use the hotel van service to get to Boardwalk. The breakfast buffet is not open during the week.
