I appreciated the good location, the comfort and the service.

I am always treated respectfully and with care at this place. The people were always more than helpful including one time when I was ill and I needed a specific medication.

They made certain I was aware of what was available with a smile on their faces.

I am always pleased with all the aspects of the hotel. It has a convenient location and it is easily accessible for people with disabilities.

The hotel was very easy to find and it had great service. The restaurants were of very high quality and the food was fairly good. The Harrah's total rewards program gave good complimentary plans towards food, reservations and cash rewards.

There was no pressure at check in and the staff was very helpful. We were made to feel like high rollers even though we did not spend a large amount of money there.

I always have a pleasant experience at all the Harrah's facilities.

Everything was good, except the fact that I booked a smoking room and I got a non smoking room for the second time in a row and that the casino did not have enough ashtrays in the smoking sections, so that you did not have to walk around with an ashtray, or a beer bottle to put you butts in. Also, they did not come around enough to fill you beverages in a timely manner. On top of that the slots were too tight.

Everything was as expected as I have been here in the past. I did not like their food eating area being moved. The food is still excellent!

The refurbishing of different areas made you feel elegant!
