The high stakes slots are a joke since the prairie band casino dropped harrahs - I cashed many times the last two years, leaving most of it at the casino, but I had many hours of playing time. Now I can't win enough to play any time at all = harrahs kc has more active slots - but not the variety = = = = customer service - - none better - - my host - valet -parking & luggage - hotel desk - cashiers - slot attendants - ladies serving beverages - excellent!!!!! Can't say enough about the friendly service!!! The buffalo grill is also a joke - slow - poor service - great food & service in the three fires !!
