The new ramp that takes you from Highway 75 onto the road to Harrahs is a lifesaver for travelers, bringing you to Harrahs safe and sound. The hotel is excellent and the staff is the best in the world. Three Fires has food that melts in your mouth.
The staff treats you like you were a big shot not just an ordinary citizen and they call you by your name which is a big thing with me.
I am very likely
to return to the Harrahs Prairie Band.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I thought the room was great except for the lack of channels accessible on the television. The staff is great in the casino and the hotel. The main problem is the slots are so tight, it isn't worth going there to gamble.

As always everything was excellent. We did have a problem with some very loud people in an adjoining room but security took care of that in a short period of time.
It is exciting to check into any hotel where you are not just a number but a name and they call you by your name from the minute you step up to the desk. They are always polite, helpful and respectful.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I went up to a machine, put my money in, played for half an hour, then three gaming people tell me that a man left $44 dollars in my machine and they want me to give this man $44 dollars of my money. They ruined my whole night.
I didn't pay any attention to what was in the machine, I didn't see it register more money than what I put in, and why did I play for half hour before anyone said anything? No chair was leaned up against it, no card left. I had to pay. I wanted to see their evidence, but was told I couldn't. It was the biggest rip off I have ever seen. Oh, and no one was sitting next to me anywhere, it was like I was singled out. I will never go back!
