This is an excellent casino. The staff is friendly at both the hotel and the casino. The food is very good at both the buffet and Corner Grill. The rooms are very comfortable.

The bathroom tub was very nice.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient. I recommend visiting Toby Keith's I love this bar. The food prices were way overpriced and the walk from your hotel room to the casino is extremely long. If you left extra money in your room, it was not worth your time to go get it and then go back down to the gambling hall. I recommend utilizing valet parking at the hotel, or you are in for a long walk from your car. Valet service was very quick and reliable.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The pool was open late, and even though I did not use it, it was a comfort knowing it was available late.

The room was great. It had lots of room. It was nice and clean and smelled great. The bathroom is beautiful and the towels are big and soft. Harrah's hotel rooms make other motel rooms hard to stay in.

I loved the entertainment and the casino.

I disliked the extra charge for internet access. Even low class motels give it out for no charge. It cheapened my experience at the Harrah's hotel.

I am disappointed that they are discontinuing the car wash service.

It is a fun place, with lots to do. The hotel is comfortable. You need a rental car to get into Kansas City as the cabs are very expensive.

The hotel was great and the staff was great. The casino staff was less than friendly and ignored my medical needs. The hotel is fine, but I would advise others to play at another nearby casino.

We always stay at Harrah's Kansas City hotel every time we are traveling to the Kansas City area. We are always treated great there, that’s why we always go back.

They have poor odds on Video Poker. The odds are not as good as a nearby casino. There are not enough of the Video Poker machines that I like.

NKC Harrahs is an excellent place to stay. Our hostess is very good as is all their hotel personnel. We enjoy it very much and go often.
