Made reservation for non smoking one week before, but refused to give me a non smoking room. talk to manager and manager of manager with no help. The tower and room smell bad.

It was what I expected for the price. If you have watercraft, it is the best place for storage in Laughlin. There is a great arcade for kids.

The staff is always very friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. The food is very good.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere is more subdued and quieter than in other places I have visited. The employees are always there to be of assistance.

The view was not the best but since the stay was complimentary we had no complaints.

Being a Diamond Card Holder at the Harrah's hotel, we normally stay there in Laughlin. The location is not our favorite but we usually go to several of the other casinos during our stay. The casino in the Harrah's hotel has improved some with more variety of machines but it is rather small for the size of the hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable and accessible to the casino. The Mexican restaurant is wonderful as is the buffet.

I would advise people to check out the hotel and its amenities. The service is excellent.

Most locations of the Harrah's hotels are good. On most cases we are given the room we request, however, the rooms on the lower floors are not attractive because of the visibility of the parking areas and structures. All the service employees try their best to make it pleasant for the customer. This is what a new customer would enjoy staying in any of these hotels.
