It's one of the nicer hotels in Laughlin. It has a great private beach area to use. The casino dealers are friendly, but the casino is smaller than others in Laughlin. Guests should expect to pay for water taxi service to other hotels on the river.

We love staying at Harrah's. The facilities are within our budget except for the food this year. The wonderful buffet was much more expensive than previously. We ate 'out' at other places.

A very small room that did not have a safe was the biggest problem. They know how much cash I bring. They had me down as a new player card holder - I'm a Diamond Card holder and I got no Diamond treatment at all. I'll not return to this location.

The rooms were located too far from the casino. Comfort and service very good. The blackjack dealers and pit bosses were very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
