They charged me on a complimentary offer.

I was given a non-smoking room when I had asked for a smoking room. When I informed the front desk they said that it was ok to smoke in the room. When I returned to my room at one o'clock at night, I was locked out. Contact with the front desk told me I would have to move to another room since that was a non-smoking room. I relocated to a second room and I was given a free buffet meal for my trouble. It is doubtful that I will stay there again.

We took advantage of an offer from the Harrah's hotel and casino in Laughlin for two nights free. They gave us a room in the North Tower. My husband smokes and the room they gave us was for smokers. The room smelt very musty and on the last night we were there the bathroom shower and the sink backed up. Needless to say, we did not get to shower before we left for home. We told the housekeeping and the desk clerk and they both apologized and said they would take care of it. Everyone at the casino was courteous and their attitude was great. We enjoyed them the best. As for going back there, we will go back but not on a free offer. As for the musty smell in the room, I feel that before smoking ever became an issue with anyone, we never had a problem with a room that had an odor as we have had the last few times we have been there. They certainly need an air freshener or a device that freshens the room. My husband took it as an insult to smokers and he said we were never going back there.

As a Diamond member, the room, the flight and the meals are free. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I like the Harrah's hotel in Laughlin because it is a lot less hectic than those in Las Vegas. The hotel is comfortable, clean, convenient and it has one of the best buffets. Check in is usually quick and easy and provisions are as reserved. The casino is clean and it provides a good variety of slot machines. The large non smoking area is great, especially when the casino is crowded.

We go to Laughlin about three or four times a year and we have found that Harrah's is the hotel and casino that we stay at the most. Our requests are most always met and we never have any trouble with the reservation that we make weeks in advance. We would highly recommend the Harrah's hotel to anyone.

They need to keep the pool areas opened later at night.

The bathroom was not clean, it was moldy. The room was not clean either. Towels had to be requested and when we received them, they were old and tattered. The check-in was very slow.

The location, comfort, and service are excellent. The casino is great but the regular restaurant was closed for remodeling on our last visit and we did not enjoy the Mexican restaurant. The buffet is the best anywhere. I would highly recommend Harrah*s to anyone. It is one of the best anywhere!

This hotel made me feel elegant: Our last stay at Harrah*s was superb. We were given a top floor suite. It was the best accommodations that we have ever had. It made us feel like royalty.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the overbooking. We came within five minutes of not having the room we booked. This was a first time experience for our companions and that did not go over well.

They did not have enough slot machines.

There is efficient and friendly service by all the personnel. The have good food and drinks in the restaurants and bars.

There is no smoking allowed in any restaurant. So that means my party and self must go elsewhere now.

They have the best buffet in Laughlin along with nice rooms and a private beach.

They have great service and friendly employees. The accommodations were first rate. The machines seemed extremely tight though and the winning is poor.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was a laid-back atmosphere. There is never any pressure to do anything you didn't choose to do nor was there any pressure to take part in an activity.
