Harrah's Las Vegas Hotel

Arrived at 1:30 in the am and there were no 2 bed queen rooms as we had been promised, we were put in some lousy distant single room and a rollaway bed was rolled in. Unhelpful, unfriendly and uncaring people at the registration desk. Not a great location on the strip too far down. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are too big and I woke with neck ache every day.

Jan 8,2008 . Had a renovated room in tower, 2818, quiet, nice view, great mattress and pillow. Helpful staff..traditional hotel..just comfort and gamble..no lions, no tigers, no aquarium..or gondolas..no glitz..a very decent buffet at breakfast and dinner. Very clean ..superb location..walked every where, I would return to this hotel..as an aside, the buffet at the Wynn was very high end, wonderful.

Everything was great about this hotel casino.

They gave me an early check in on arrival. The room was lovely with flat screens in bedroom and bathroom. Excellent maid service! Many restaurants in hotel.

Room view was poor, but who goes to Vegas to look out of windows! I highly recommend Harrah's!

I returned to Harrah's Las Vegas earlier this week and it is still one fantastic hotel casino!

We got a great rate when we stayed. The rooms were clean. Provides a free shuttle to and from the Rio. Saved $$$ on a taxi. The pool was clean and refreshing. The employees were nice.

Just returned from Las Vegas, Harrah's, end of Aug 07. The hotel is getting older and we experienced a very stale oder in the room, especially in the bathroom. There must have been a leak in the walls. We kept the window open to lessen the smell. We were put in a room with no view, even though we have Total Rewards from Nj. Must not rate in Vegas.

The breakfast in the hotel was good, dinner at the Italian restaurant was good but expensive and the air in the hotel was TOO COLD. It was 105 outside but 99 in the hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel, I heard and saw many other customers complaining at the desk and the desk personnel made it appear NOT to be a problem. If the customwe says, there is a problem, there is a problem. I will Not be a return visitor.
