The Harrah's hotel in Lake Tahoe is always a treat.

The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. They have great entertainment.

The hotel has a great location for skiing and a friendly casino staff.

The hotel was very nice. We received a room in the older part of hotel, not as nice as the room we stayed in previously. The selection of slots could be more up to date.

The room was poorly cleaned and the mattress was distressed. All in all the room was of poor quality and we told the front desk to take care of most of the problems, including the running toilet.

The rooms are large, well maintained and they have an excellent view of Lake Tahoe.

The service was excellent as always. I appreciated the totally free room. We had a nice view and a comfortable, luxurious room. I did not use the hot tub this trip but I usually enjoy that.

They had clean rooms and good beds. There were not very comfortable chairs and the lighting could have been better. It is a good place to stay.
