The Cafe Napa service, the waiters and the waitresses, were sub-par in comparison to other times that I have visited this coffee shop.
This hotel made me feel content: I was able to upgrade to a premium room that had very nice bedding. The Diamond hotel registration staff was very polite and accommodating.

to return to the Harrah's Casino and Hotel Reno.

This hotel is in the perfect location. The staff is very friendly. There's terrific food in the Steak House, and the employees are familiar with the casino and its perks, etc.

It has become a tradition for us to stay there. The only problem was the computers were completely down at check-out time which created a lot of confusion and uncertainty.

My only problem was the pool and sauna. You had to pay to use them (they were not part of services) and there was no jacuzzi. It was very cramped.

We always have a wonderful stay at Harrah's Reno. The only place to have dinner is in the Steak House, the service and food are always above par. Harrah's staff always has a smile.
