I have stayed at the Harrah's hotel in Reno off and on for more than twenty years. I love that they are right downtown in Reno and that they have a free parking garage. Their buffet was always a good value for lunch. They have now upgraded and improved their buffet and I am looking forward to trying it later this year when it stops snowing and raining! I have stayed in every major casino and hotel in Reno over the years and this one is our favorite!

Harrah's Reno has recently renovated and the rooms are very traveler-friendly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the hosts are very helpful.

I am a part of their total rewards program and I received a free room offer to stay there. I liked the location of the hotel, it was close to the local attractions. While I enjoyed the food at the cafe, the service was slow. The reservations desk staff was great and all of our needs were met.

The room was nicely appointed. The pool was closed for the winter. The facility is centrally located to most other downtown casinos with easy access to all buses.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bathroom had lots of nice amenities such as coffee maker, luffa sponges, shoe polisher, mineral bath, conditioner, and mouthwash in addition to standard soap and shampoo.
