It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was nice. The room was nice.

I was very satisfied on all counts.

I found the staff friendly, but the rooms were small and boring.

This was a complimentary visit. All was as expected of a stay at the Harrah's hotel. This stay was as good as any of the Harrah's properties I have stayed at over the past years. I would recommend this property to others.

It's a great place except I am a smoker and I was choking on the smell of the cigarettes in the public areas of the casino.

I had problems with the bill. I was on a trip that was a marketing offer and I found out later on that it was double billed on my credit card. It took four phone calls to talk to someone who could help and a fifth to get someone to say that they would straighten it out.

We stay with the Harrah's hotels regularly in a number of locations and we have never had anything but first class service and rooms.
