The hotel was great. The casino needs a little help, it's cut up greatly.

The room request info was not on file when we arrived but it was taken care of soon after. It is always a first class experience.

The location is fine, with the exception of continual construction in the area, including blocked streets, etc. The comfort and service was very good as usual. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel secure: I feel they have good security and are attentive to their guests. In a health emergency situation, they took over, assessed the problem, and provided for immediate medical assistance.

They have beautifully refurbished the rooms since last year. This original Harrah's needed this makeover. Also, the buffet was completely redone and it is quite nice now!

This hotel made me feel entertained: We unexpectedly came upon a band playing live music. It was quite good as they played an eclectic mix of music.

We always enjoy staying at the Harrah's hotel. But once we got put on the wrong side. We are disabled and it was too far to walk. We have to make sure we ask for west side. But everything else is awesome.

The hotel was fine. I needed to get a manicure and the salon was closed at a quarter to four o'clock in the afternoon and no one at the concierge desk knew where I could go to get one.

I stay at the Harrah's hotel at least two times per year. The service and the quality are consistent.

It seemed the locals all knew about specials and promotions that were happening at the hotel. But the information was not made public to the rest of us. It should have been brought up during check in!

I loved my stay at Harrah's Reno. The room decor was lovely and very chic. I would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel was conveniently located with travel connections very near. The rooms were fairly comfortable but they did not have internet connection. The service was ok. However even though their shuttle went past the Hilton hotel, where our meeting was, on the way to the airport, they were not accommodating. The hotel also was not willing to assist with late check out which resulted in some stress and rush as well as uncertainty when we had to check out before going to the last sessions of our meeting and leaving all our baggage with the hotel desk staff. Overall, it was a mediocre hotel which seemed very overpriced on some nights. I will definitely not stay there again.

The location of this hotel was great. It offered easy access to everything. I would rate this hotel five stars.

This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel elevator is centrally located in the center of the casino. There are plenty of security personnel visible. There are generally a lot of people around.

It's a good location. It's comfortable and has good service.

I enjoyed the great room, the great service and the great time.
