I like the overall service.

They are a little pricey but for the most part it is worth it. Their restaurants are very good.

It's centrally located. I stayed here for many years and know many staff members personally. They are dedicated to quality. It's a great place to visit and also practice my profession.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They upgraded my room on request at check in. During my stay they answered all requests and made sure my needs were met. They have the best food and service in Reno.

I am a rather frequent visitor to Harrah's hotels in Reno, Nevada, and Lake Tahoe Nevada. In my opinion the personnel at these hotels are exceptionally welcoming, courteous and efficient. In addition, I believe that these hotels are quite generous in offering complimentary lodging, meals, etc., to those who stay with them with some regularity.

The Harrah's hotel always has good service and good food. I especially like their casinos.

There is almost never any problems but if we have a request it is always handled promptly and to our satisfaction. We have stayed at the Harrah's hotel in Reno six or seven times a year for probably the past twenty plus years and we look forward to our next trip.

The Harrah's hotel in Reno is an excellent facility. It has nice rooms and generally very good service. The quality of the two restaurants we chose to dine at this stay were not up to the usual standards we expect at this property.
