The hotel had a good location, clean facilities, a cooperative and helpful staff and it had reasonable prices for accommodations and special offers. We have used the Harrah's hotels in Reno and Las Vegas for a number of years.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the quick check in, the comfortable room and the pleasant dining.

The room was clean every day, but all they had were smoking rooms. We requested a non smoking room and they had to move us, too.

The slot machines are too tight.

We did not use the valet service. Thus we had to take our bags from our car in the parking lot and carry them through the casino to get another elevator. We are too frugal to use valet service. The ice machine on our floor needed repair two of the three days we stayed there. They did get it fixed both times.

The hotel has excellent accommodations and a great complimentary program.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They greeted us at the door. They brought us up to date on events. They provided a good system to evaluate our complimentary items.

It was located with the other casinos in downtown Reno and the rooms were recently remodeled and comfortable. If you are a rewards club member and you get mailings for free nights, use them. I just wished they would give four nights free.

It was a great hotel and I had a great time. Everything was wonderful. The location was central and easy to get to. I would highly recommend it to others.

I stay at the Harrah's hotel in Reno about four times a year. It is always a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit Reno and have a complete gaming, dining and relaxing stay.

I enjoyed the hotel very much. I was disappointed in our room assignment and I thought that more could have been done to assist us. We could have had a less expensive room that was just as good or even better if the room clerk had been more on his toes.

We have been very happy with the Harrah's hotel service. The food and the service continue to improve with each visit. The employees go out of the way to be accommodating. We will be returning as soon as we are able to.
