Totally excellent. There were problems checking in (HOTWIRE messed up!) and the desk clerk took care of it 100%...even upgraded out rooms because my daughter-in-law was getting tear-ry. Great rooms, very classy chrome and glass, huge bathroom, window in shower overlooking Mich. Ave. Beautiful people. Only downside: drinks in bar are pricey.
