I hate that we booked a celebrity suite for a superbowl party and have had it booked for months and a week before they call and say "sorry, must have been a computer gliche we can't honor the suite" we aren't "suite" people just a small company trying to host a superbowl gathering for important clients, they offered a meeting room with a long table and cafeteria chairs as a solution.......terrible.......probably K_fed or some other bigwig wanted the room so now we are scrabling to find something else last minute terrible customer service and we were going to be spending big bucks there.
