I loved the service, pool , the room. The front desk and the valet people were very helpful. I stayed at the Palms the night before and was not treated very well, it was very refreshing to come back to HR and experience real people!

I would highly recommend The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The grounds are well-maintained and very pleasing to the eye. At check-in, the type of room that we booked had been filled so they upgraded us to a bigger room in the new tower--the paradise tower, which overlooked the pool. The actual casino floor is not too large, but not too crowded. It's definitely a younger vibe, with lots of beautiful people roaming around the casino floor with loud rock playing in the background and rock memorabilia everywhere you look. During our stay we dined at the pink taco for dinner one night and went to the brunch on sunday at the steakhouse for mimosas and brunch fare. Both were great; the service was excellent.
