55 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
lets see, luggage sent up to a room that was occupied, had to wait for room (9pm), door locks on both rooms we had, worked poorly or intermitently,, phone line 1 broken, lamp in room broken, housekeeping leftboth door open, housekeeping entered room wthout know or announcement, ....
the good, nice waiter/waitress, close to parks, elevators fast, nice surroundings. Would not come back.
I am not likely to return to the Hard Rock Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
