The Hard Rock Orlando at Universal Orlando was simply the best total hotel experience that I have ever had. From the moment of arrival to my departure, I felt totally relaxed, at ease, and in the care of one of the finest hotel staffs that I have ever encountered.
This hotel made me feel respected: The employees always made a point to use my name when speaking to me and went out of their way to always make me feel welcome and important to them.

My entire family just loved it. We will go back there next time. We saved money by booking through the entertainment book which is why we went there in the first place. It is a Universal Hotel and you really could just walk to Universal Park.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The hotel had such a great atmosphere that I think any one would feel cool, sophisticated, etc.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Ultra comfortable bed, pillows, chair. Nice bathroom amenities, marble bath. Superb pool facilities, underwater speakers, sand beach. Wonderful room decor. Attentive staff.
