We had a great time. Room was great. Food was good. Great location. Superior service and amenities.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: Oversize rooms and attentiveness of the staff. I was surprised by the dogs, though.

The valet service was extraordinary and extremely helpful and nice.
This hotel made me feel entertained: They had a live concert in the lobby and special drinks for a minimal entry charge.

We were very disappointed that they didn't have blackjack in the casino or a Hard Rock Cafe.

This hotel made me feel hip: The hotel has a rock and roll feel and there are mementos of rock and roll dignitaries all over the hotel. They also provided a Tivoli radio/cd player and complimentary cd on check-in.

This is truly a wonderful place to stay. From the morning cleaning to the nightly bed turn down, they go the extra to make you feel special.

The hotel had just opened; so the staff was sort of new. The front desk staff needs to know what a high speed data port is. The staff was very nice.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: Luscious rooms, especially the bed. Also nice audio, cool pool.

The Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida is a beautiful Las Vegas style complex that offers its guest great benefits. Except that they have horrible odds of winning in this casino compared to the rest of the USA.
This hotel made me feel secure: Security at elevators, making patrons produce room keycards.
