The location is great. They need louder music at the pool and it is a bit too expensive.

We loved our stay and we had a great time. Bring lots of money because there are lots of things to do there.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was excited by all the activities they offered, shops and rides. They offered trips to other places like Sea World and even Disney.

It was a fabulous stay. The staff was very friendly. It's a great value with the play 'n stay package.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We had a carefree vacation and did not cut any corners. We enjoyed the food and drink at the restaurants and at poolside.

They had great food but the rooms were very expensive.

We had a great trip. We had to wait for over an hour for our room to be ready at check in and we found that our shower was covered in mold. We called housekeeping and someone came immediately and sprayed for the mold and cleaned our shower. They sent cookies and milk for our inconvenience and all was well. I would stay again.

We are season pass holders and can never get our rates. We have stayed there several times and have never had to have a certain deposit for the in room wet bar. Last time they were supposed to give us a key and when I asked the bellman about it he indicated that we had to have a five hundred dollar deposit. The whole wet bar was not worth two hundred dollars. We have not stayed there since.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: We love the atmosphere of the pool area. We also like going to the Martini and cigar lounge. We also love to stay in the clubroom level.

The staff at Loews Hotel was very friendly. Our room was upgraded upon check-in. The pool was relaxing and wonderful. The express pass to Universal and Islands of Adventure made all the difference in the world! They made our vacation great!

The Hard Rock Hotel offers a room that sleeps five very comfortably.

Check in is at 4 PM, which they are strict about. I checked in at 4:15 PM and they did not get a room for me until 9:30 PM, with little explanation. The staff at the bars and restaurant were not helpful.

Great hotel, but because it was very new, the hotel staff was not fully familiar with hotel facts, policies, procedures or good guest service etiquette.
