My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks last year after going through some tough times. Now we knew the place wasn't the Hilton when we pulled up on the street so we didn't expect much but with less than $100 in cash and two hungry kids that had been stuck in the car driving around all day, we had to do something. We walk into the office and the Indian lady behind the counter tells us $50 a night for all four of us. In a market of at least $100 and less than that in the wallet, we gladly paid up. Yea the place was a dump, and it was a little creepy with the whole bathroom window looking into your next door neighbors room thing, but the room was huge and didn't feel like a motel at all. It almost felt like a little home. The furnishings, bedding, carpet, ect weren't near new but we made do and though the room looked pretty clean, we rolled up our sleeves and cleaned things up to be sure for the kids sake. You can't ask for too much more in the way of location. The one thing we couldn't deal with though was the managements way of pricing. You almost need a ticker like in the stock market to keep track of the changing cost of your room. I wouldn't bring your date here unless she's that kind of girl but if you need a place to stay, this could be the place. Just be sure to settle on a price first if you plan to stay for more than a day.
