Stayed for a weekend in April. The location in Newport couldn't be beat. I don't travel a lot, but thought the continental breakfast was above par. Saturday evening wine & shrimp cocktail was a great suprise.

Our harbor view was spectacular, picture worthy! The room was immaculate and the staff was very accomodating. We had a continental breakfast in a very comfortable sunroom. This Inn is located in the heart of Newport and is within walking distance...

Great location. Newport is a great town. During our stay we had some problems. We found urine stains in the bathroom from the prior occupant. The AC unit was broken. The staff said they would repair but did not. No remote for master bed TV. ...
34 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was fairly comfortable, but the bathroom had urine stains from the prior occupant. The A/C was broken, and the front desk vowed to repair it, but they didn't. There was no remote for the TV in front of the master bed. Their continental breakfast was in an unclean common area without clean silverware and past expiration dairy products. The $275+ per night we paid for the mansion’s package did not live up to its billing. My wife and I each received one coupon for one mansion. Not exactly what we expected. Upon checkout, the front desk was unable to generate a bill, due to a printer problem. You get the picture. We thought the Inn should try harder, and we won't recommend them to others.
I stayed for a weekend last winter and love this place. They had hot cider in the lobby every time we came in from the chilly weather. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful with high ceilings and the loft bed is the best to wake up in. ...
