Good
The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is right across from the wharf and just down from the harbor. Rooms are decent size and service was good. We were able to leave our car parked there past check out.
50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Refused to give back our money from the balance of our gift certificate. We had to contact the Santa Barbara Mayor and President of the Chamber Of Commerce to receive our refund. We will never, ever, go back to that place again.
