The hotel had beautiful setting, landscaping, facilities, but the personnel was not the friendliest or the most helpful. Our room was not ready when we arrived, and they put us in a smoking room when we requested a non smoking room. There are lots of options for things to do but be prepared to pay fees for everything.
The amazing scenery and beautiful grounds all lent to a relaxing, calming atmosphere.

The hotel has a beautiful location, especially if you get a room on the ocean side which also overlooks the pool and the waterfall! The hotel seems a little overpriced for the service we got from the staff, but once a complaint was registered it was taken care of right away. The price is much more about the location and the scenery!
The landscaping around the pool was just incredible. It felt luxurious and natural at the same time.

The Marriott Harbor Beach is an amazing hotel. Whether traveling alone or with children, it has so much to offer! I had a massage at the spa it was one on the best ever. The bed in our room was so comfortable! It’s a beautiful location. I can't wait to go back!
