We found that the service in the hotel is really excellent. All the staff are absolutely friendly and pleasant. they were often kidding with our Son and we all had often fun together .Everything in this hotel we felt like our home, The buffet breakf
We stayed here for 3 nights and i would really reccomend this place as a base for your stay in Viewtnam. Its very close to all amenities ( 2 min walk ) and the free Airport pick up was a gift. We were able to organise trips with the family who run this place and the one to Haolong Bay was excellent. The place is clean, free internet and helpful in every way.

This is a Perfect hotel after a long time traveling a warm welcome by the staff greeted by refreshments and friendly communication. The rooms are very clean and lots of space to unwind and relax all. The rooms(higher the better) have a beautiful view overlooking the city of Hanoi and is a perfect start to the day. The staff are very kind and helpful only wanted to help you enjoy your holiday and expierence the best travel and tours for great value. Remember to email the manager before hand containing your flight number and time of arrival to ensure you get picked up by his company and taken to Hanoi queen hotel and not to be fooled by other taxi drivers claiming to take you there and take you to a rented building claiming to be the Hanoi Queen Hotel. This hotel is for all types of travelers and recommended highly as the place to stay in Hanoi.

Free pick up from the airport was fantastic..staff were super helpful with our 3 day/2 night trip to Halong Bay. THe boat was gorgeous and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Rooms were extremeley clean. A+++ to Hanoi Queen Hotel. Will be coming back again!! Thankyou!

very clean and beautiful decoration in the building. the location is perfect, near the lake and the hottest spot in hanoi. the people are very nice and friendly. the room is very clean and have a nice view fron the 4th floor.

Hanoi Queen Hotel is value for money! Our family of five rented the deluxe family room from Apr 14 '07 and it was spacious and clean. The crew are all nice and professional. Location is great too! You can pretty much walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and even to strangers.
