Handlery Hotel and Resort

Honestly I would have liked the hotel if there weren't the bed bugs!! The pool was nice, the poolside bar was awesome, and the restaurant was awesome! I thought these bizarre volcano shaped bites might be spider bites, but I was there for a wedding and my sister, and my grandmother all got them as well and we were in separate rooms! If you stay here, make sure you check the bed before you lie in it.. look for what appears to be black specks of dirt because I found out this was NOT dirt but was actually their excrement!! Gross I know!! But honestly other than that I really enjoyed the Handlery!!

Very pleasant and clean inviting lobby. Friendly helpful staff. Room was at the back but quiet. Hope to return and this time use the swimming pool in the centre courtyard. Was given good advice re: restaurants/hair-dressing. Very well placed just a few yards from Union Square. The four of us were very happy there. This is the San Francisco Hotel.

They offered wonderful service especially the concierge desk. They were very knowledgeable about tourist destinations.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hotel staff was very welcoming, helpful and courteous. We stayed for nine days and got to feel like we knew the staff.

The hotel was centrally located to where I had to be.

I have stayed there before I like it very much.
