Well, the room was nice, the food and tea was good, BUT, the heating and a/c was awful! I couldnt control the heat, so I had a sleepless night. Other than that, good.
Perfect location with all attractions within short walking distance. Staff was very helpful with directions. Lobby, pool and breakfast area are all open under dome ceiling- which produced slight smell of clorine. Overall excellent experience.

I just wanted to say that my wife and I had a great time at the Hampton Inn. We stayed from June 1 to June 5, 2008 and wish we could have stayed longer. My wife and I enjoyed the romance package with a $50 dinner credit and the lovely bottle of local white wine with two glasses filled with Hershey's chocolate kisses. Each night when we came to our room we were pleased to see the wine, cork-screw, glasses, and chocolates. We liked the of a bottle of "Ancient Coast Vidal" very much because the wine was light and smooth. We also liked the fact that a local white wine from the Niagara region was supplied, rather than a mass-market variety. This special touch with the wine was much appreciated. We also appreciated that our request via our internet reservation for white wine only was followed.
We were given expert advice on the restaurants (Brock, Sheraton, and Perkins) that proved to be exactly as we had been advised. By the way, we stayed for 4 nights so ate at each of the three, then returned to the Brock as we felt it had the best food, service, atmosphere, and was most reasonable in price-value.
Our room was always very clean and nice, and the maid service was top-notch. The glass elevator was fun! We enjoyed the views of the pool, hot tub,and breakfast area while riding the glass elevator. Everything in view from the elevator was clean, neat, and fun.
My wife and I enjoyed the variety of items for breakfast, especially the meat, but my wife found the eggs to be somewhat unpleasant. The coffee selection was good. Both of us enjoyed the chance to try the 'robust' coffee blend on various days.
Whenever we needed to go to the front desk, we were treated very well. The friendly, yet professional, staff at the front desk were very helpful and attended to our needs quickly. On two occasions our room key was either lost or demagnetized, yet the staff was courteous on both occasions

We were greeted by a young man who really made us feel welcome to stay here. The rooms are great and the cleaning staff do a terrific job of cleaning their rooms.

This is a nice hotel to stay at if you don't necessarily need to be falls view. The lobby was very impressive upon arrival and made you feel like you were somewhere special. The pool is great for kids and adults alike, clean and safe.
If you're planning a romantic weekend, a suite with a heart shaped jacuzzi is a great idea. The tub is super large and thus lots of fun for two to frolic in. There are many great restaurants in the area to dine in and the falls is within walking distance.
The Hilton chain of hotels has a good reputation of quality establishments and this can definitely be counted among one of them.

We stayed in this Hampton Inn hotel in the old casino area near Clifton Hills. The hotel is clean and also offers free parking. A lot of hotels in the Niagara Falls area charge $20 for a day. They are within walking distance from the old casino (across the road), and the indoor water park located on top of the casino parking garage. Price wise is in the mid range depending on what day of the week, as Friday and Saturday nights are more than twice the price than a week day. The room is very comfortable, and they also guarantee that you are satisfied or you don't pay. I will go there again in the future.

Spent a nite at the hotel during a busy christmas season. Check-In process was easy. The room was clean and the location was great. It was within walking distance of all the attractions in the Falls. They also offer complimentary breakfast. Only negative now would be its distance from the new Casino in the winter time. Other then that though. Id reccomend a stay here to anyone.

I took my mother on a mothers day getaway last year to Niagara Falls. We stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a great time. The hotel had a great courtyard and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The hotel offered a free breakfast and it was fantastic with a lot of selection! We were within walking distance to many attractions, very close to the Casino and there were many restaurant choices and shopping very close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and offered suggestions on tourist attractions and offered help in purchasing tickets to attractions. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I got back to Niagara Falls as the rates were very reasonable.
