Hampton Inn Winter Haven Hotel

Toni at the front desk was very helpful in getting us in our room early. The housekeepers worked hard in getting our room clean as we had traveled all night and wanted to shower and go to bed. The room was very clean and inviting. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Breakfast was a large variety and the staff was friendly.

The service was not as good as expected. There was the smell of smoke in the entire hotel. I suggest you find another hotel to stay at.

It was all very good.

The room was dirty and the furniture was old.
