The general manager who greeted me was so very nice and helpful. He answered all of my questions. The room we received was just renovated and beautiful and the two breakfast people were very cheery and the breakfast was fabulous.

My stays are at several hampton inns all over the us. They are consistent in their service. Over the years, i've grown to expect this high level of accomodation. They always deliver!
Desk staff offered cold drinks while we checked in. As this was not my first stay at this hotel, we we're greeted with 'welcome back! happy to see you again. ' (it has been 3 years since my last stay! ).
