Excellent
The Med. Ctr. Hampton Inn was a very pleasant surprise. It is not on the "strip" with all the budget hotels, but further west (but very close to everything via "Shipyard St." ) Everything looked new, it was extremely clean, and the cont. breakfast...
We have stayed here twice while visiting our son who is at college here. Both times were nice..clean and comfy. The eating area was remodeled and much nicer, more open. The breakfast was very nicely layed out and tasty.

The location of this hotel was good. They were doing construction which was the only thing I didn't like because you lost parking in the lot. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the service was friendly.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Wilmington-Med Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

A weird man approached us while we were getting into our car. The girl who checked us in was leaving from her shift and noticed us and checked on us because she didn't think this was kosher, and dealt with the man so we could leave. We thanked her profusely afterward. That's great service.
I expected something more bare bones since it's there by the hospital and not near the beach, but it was pleasant and the beds were comfortable after traveling all day to get there.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Wilmington-Med Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
After pondering over where to stay for 1 night, we chose this hotel. We were very pleased! Rooms were big enough for 2 adults, 1 son, & toddler twin girls. Clean & comfortable.
