Hampton Inn West Memphis Hotel - Page 1

I requested a king size bed and I stated in my reservation that if one was unavailable I should be contacted. Upon arrival I was told no such room was available and they did not see that info until that morning and I was already on the way. The hotel staff was very nice.

My 3 year old daughter found a used condom from the previous guest in our room. It was on the floor beside the bed under the bed skirt and she found it while we were dressing the following morning. I would never stay at this hotel again. Also the shower did not work properly and when I called the front desk about it on the evening of check in I was told they were alone and could not help me. My question is "Where's the Manager on duty?" How come they couldn't contact someone responsible for fixing these types of problems?

They provide good service at a reasonable price and a great breakfast. The internet service was not as good as in other Hampton Inn hotels I have stayed at.

This hotel made me feel respected: I liked the prompt, polite service. The staff was very friendly.

I have no complaints.
