64 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I had reserved a large room with two queen beds and a rollaway to accommodate our party of 5. After registering, I found no rollaway and was told fire regulations enacted 1/07 prohibited a rollaway in a two-queen-bed room. When I stated I had been told differently upon making and confirming reservations late spring of '07, I was told reservations are no guarantee. I'm confused--thought the purpose of a confirmed reservation, accompanied by a credit card number, was to guarantee the facilities reserved. Silly me. Oh--you'll also have to jump through an additional hoop to gain access to the advertised internet connection.

57 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It is tough to find as it is not well marked. Once there, all was as expected, great service and wonderful facilities.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Waterbury.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
