60 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My air conditioning unit did not work. On the last day I was there they forgot to include soap.
This hotel made me feel respected: I was given simple directions to tourist sites.

They were very accommodating. I walked in without a reservation and received excellent service and a great price. The room and hotel facilities were all top notch.
This hotel made me feel practical: It was a great room with a great view, and a cheap price, what could be better.

I reserved a non smoking room but I had a pack of cigarettes in my pocket. The clerk refused to honor the non smoking room and he gave me a smoke filled room. I only smoke outside.

It was expensive, but ok. It did not have as many amenities as I had hoped for.

48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The location was great and the staff was very helpful. There were only two complaints. One was that the heated indoor pool, was not heated, it was very chilly. Second, because the hotel was booked up for of a conference they had a hard time keeping the breakfast bar stocked.
This hotel made me feel content: Everything was comfortable and there were no real problems.

It's in a good location. The hotel was generally a well-maintained property, other than a cabinet door that wouldn't close properly, obstructing a path. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel served a good breakfast.

I asked for a non smoking room and the clerk said I see you smoke as I had a pack in my pocket. I told him I went outside to smoke in order to keep under a half pack a day. He refused to give me a no smoking room.
