The breakfast was great. The price was great and the staff was friendly. The remote control was missing the battery. It took a long time for the staff to fix the problem.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn University Midtown.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was about as expected in terms of a Hampton Inn experience but better than other hotels (Fairfield Inn).

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn University Midtown.

I checked in and got my key, walked up to my room, and the key didn't work. I was given the wrong room. If I wasn't so tired from the flight it probably wouldn't have mattered.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn University Midtown.
