When we pull into the parking lot at Hampton Tyler, we feel at home. We have become friends with the manager and assistant manager, and know all the staff on a first name basis. I would recommend this motel to anyone--the staff is extremely helpful
I always feel sophisticated at the Hampton Inn/Tyler--our room has a whirlpool tub. I am totally relaxed there. I always use the whirlpool tub, eat at nearby restaurants, and dress up. This makes me feel sophisticated.

We always stay at Hampton Inn. All our requests are met in a timely manner, with a cheerful attitude. We feel the staff goes beyond the 'call of duty' to cater to us and make us feel welcome.
When we arrived at our room the bed was pulled back, and there was candy on the pillow. Two bottles of chilled Ozarka spring water plus 2 bags of chips were waiting on the coffee table--smooth jazz was playing on the TV. This ambience made us feel very sophisticated.
