Decent hotel in every respect, except having a hypervigilant, nasty, abusive and almost psychotic management. Checked in on 5/23 with my wife in a smoking room, heated up some Jack in the Box in the microwave, had a cigarette, and went to bed after a long driving day. Awakened from a sound sleep at 9PM by the hotel manager and SIX Twin Falls Police, saying there were numerous complaints of the "smell" of marijuana coming from the room.We and our room were searched as if we were in a banana republic, and of course, nothing was found. In violation of Idaho State Law,the mgr.had us evicted anyway, illegally using the Police as her goon squad. When we expressed our indignant outrage, we were told "Well, you're from New York!" (what the heck does that imply?) Stay the bejessus away from this Hampton Inn, esp. if you're one of them "city slickers", because neither management or even the local police will help you. Follow up complaints to general manager all the way up the Hilton pipeline resulted in no response,no apology....nothing.Our 10th Wedding Anniversary "second honeymoon" was ruined by these bigots. There are plenty of other hotel options in this beautiful little city, with comparable rates and services. Pick one of them.

Horrible
We had not made reservations and it was ater 10pm when we arrived so it was great they had a room. The room was clean and the beds werw very comfortable. The best part was the continental breakfast: sausage, french toast, bagels. It was delicious.

Excellent
We stayed on our way to visit family. We enjoyed it so much, we stayed in the same hotel on the way home. Customer service was great, price was good, room was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. What more could you ask...
