Excellent
My kid really enjoyed the pool area. We were in town for a family wedding and we were well taken care of. The breakfast is awsome and free. I will tell people of this place.

Mediocre
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past without incident while on business in Tulsa. This time I encountered a MAJOR cricket infestation. I stayed a total of 4 nights. The first night I had a running toilet that would self flush. I asked...

It makes me so angry to see reviews such as we wanted a smoking room and got non-smoking...blah blah blah. The truth of the matter is that Hampton Inn was more than adequate for the price. Most people want to pay what would be expected of a roach motel and to be treated as if they had just checked in to the presidential suite at the highest price resort in the U.S. of A. The people at Hampton Inn were friendly, professional, and at the top of their game. Don't change a thing!

My husband and I spent the night here last night. We made reservations over the phone for a smoking room with a king sized bed. When we got to our room it was nonsmoking. Irritating but fixable, we went back to the lobby and got a different room. In our second room we settled in and started watching some TV, about half an hour later I had to go to the bathroom. The toilet was broken, it would not flush unless you opened up the back and lifted the arm inside. We called the lobby and they sent a janitor up to say oh look your toilet is broken! They then moved us into our third room in less than one hour. I promptly checked for the smoking sign and flushed the toilet, upon seeing everything was okay I settled in once again. The rest of the night went fine, I must say their hottub is nice though the indoor pool was a bit on the dirty side and the water wasnt very warm. We got our wake up call on time which is always a plus, and went down for the wonderful breakfast that the hampton always has. The breakfast was sausage, egg, and biscuit sandwiches. Sounds good right? Well it would have been good, but they had run out of biscuits the day before and just carried on without them. This is like have waffles and pancakes without syrup! I was really getting frustrated with this but I managed to find a plain bagle and used that instead of the promised biscuits. I asked for cheese to go on my sandwich, but low and behold there was none to be had (they must have run out of cheese when they ran out of biscuits). I tried to make the best of what was left of my time at the Hampton by going back to the delightful hottub, after all I said to myself, "check out isnt till noon". Just after 11am my husband and I had just gotten back to our room to change. I was completely naked and my husband had just pulled on his underwear when we heard a swift knock and a cleaning woman barged into our room! She quickly left and we got dressed and began packing only to be barged in on again this time by a male janitor. This second uninvited and rather disturbing visitor popped in at 11:40, twenty minutes before our scheduled check out. We grabbed our bags and left the room immediately! While my husband was packing up our car, I stopped by the lobby and spoke with the man at the front desk. Upon hearing about my "experience" he gave me a fake and rather condescending smile and said "oh okay" not a single "sorry" or "I will look into this" was uttered from his lips, that was it just an "OH okay". I always use Hampton Inns when I travel, but this was the worst I have seen bar none and I will never visit here again.

The breakfast was too high in carbs. Also, they lost one of my relatives hotel reservations, and the staff was not very accommodating. I also believe there were other issues with our family function at the hotel that were not handled in good way.
I loved the rooms and the beds were the best part of the stay. I appreciated having a choice of pillows and firmness of mattress.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs, OK.
I might recommend it to friends.

This was the second occasion we've stayed at the Hampton; mainly because our power went off due to a winter storm and faulty power company. They have a great manager there.
The beds were the most comfortable ever.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was great, right next to the highway. It was easy to see, and easy to get to once you got off the highway. The breakfast is okay but not great. Its not good for low carb dieters. The pool was nice and the workout room was small. Also, they had a nice computer with internet in the lobby for guests to use.
I thought the beds were great, and the pillows were good quality too. We had our choice of firm and soft pillows.

The rooms are clean, omfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. Serving a hot breakfast makes staying at a Hampton even more worthwhile.
The service is exceptional and they accommodated all my needs. They even have a small shop in their lobby where you can get anything you possibly forgot to bring. I will stay here again, and I advise anyone coming to town to stay here as well.
